Level Up Your Skills (SKIF)

The Level Up Your Skills (SKIF) programme successfully brought together young people from across Louth to develop practical employability and personal development skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Throughout the programme, participants took part in interactive workshops focused on communication, leadership, teamwork, confidence building, and employability skills, helping them prepare for future education and career opportunities.
The programme was delivered by Culture Connect in partnership with Léargas and Projecteka Association , with funding through the Erasmus+ Programme.
Together, we created a welcoming learning environment where participants could build confidence, develop practical skills, and make meaningful connections.
Participants developed valuable skills in effective communication, leadership and decision-making, teamwork and collaboration, confidence building, and employability and career readiness.
We would like to thank all the participants, facilitators, partners and supporters who contributed to the success of the programme. Congratulations to everyone who completed the training, and we wish them every success in their future journeys.
