Join our free health and wellbeing sessions designed to support individuals and families across County Louth.

Whether you're new to Ireland or simply looking for reliable health information, our friendly and welcoming sessions offer practical guidance and useful information to help you better understand and look after your health and wellbeing.

Our sessions cover a range of topics, including:

• Understanding the Irish healthcare system

• GP registration and Medical Cards

• Mental health and emotional wellbeing

• Women's, men's and children's health

• Healthy living and self-care

All sessions are free of charge and are delivered both online and in person.
