About the Programme

The Integration & Advancement Programme is a structured, long-term support programme designed to help refugees and asylum seekers successfully integrate into working life in Ireland.
The programme focuses on developing practical skills, confidence and independence, supporting participants step by step on their pathway towards employment, education or further training.
Participants can join the programme at different stages, depending on their needs, experience and personal goals.

What the Programme Offers
​
The programme combines language learning, employment preparation and personal development in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Participants receive support in the following areas:

Business English
Weekly interactive classes focused on professional vocabulary, workplace communication, email writing, meetings and presentations.

CV Preparation & Job Applications
Practical support with CV writing tailored to Irish employers, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles.

Interview Coaching
One-to-one CV support, mock interviews, confidence-building sessions and communication skills training, with regular workshops throughout the year.

Train-the-Trainer Certification
A short instructor certification programme for participants interested in delivering community English classes and gaining practical teaching experience.
