Africa Day Louth 2026 brought communities together through a week of inspiring workshops and a vibrant Grand Finale celebrating African culture across County Louth.
The workshop series took place at Muirhevnamor Community Centre (Dundalk), Boomerang Centre & Cafe (Drogheda), and Dee Hub (Ardee), where participants explored intercultural collaboration, youth perspectives, sustainability, education and community development.
The week concluded with a colourful Grand Finale in Drogheda, featuring live music, dance, African food, fashion and market stalls, bringing together people of all ages and backgrounds.
We would like to thank our volunteers, speakers, performers, community partners, venue hosts and everyone who attended for making Africa Day Louth 2026 such a memorable celebration of diversity, inclusion and community spirit.
